Commission

The final product of the services offered by Clampochyu. They are non-refundable products.

Creator

Clampochyu, the maker of Clampochyu’s art and creations in his portfolio including the commissions.

Client

You, the one who request for commissions

Personal-Use

The Client uses the commissions that do NOT benefit them into gaining profit from it. Using such products in free works such as fanwork free-to-play visual novels is acceptable.

Commercial-Use

The Client uses the commissions that benefit them into gaining profit from it. Such as merchandise and paid-to-play games. Something the Client has a percentage of contribution to the final final product like they do the t-shirt printing while the Creator does the designing.

Intellectual Property

Works and projects such as film, literature, visual novel and art being ORIGINALLY made by someone.

DISCLAIMERThe Creator can reject the Client’s Commission request if it violates the policy.The Commission will be uploaded to Ko-fi for commission documentation unless it will be used for Commercial Use including free-to-play projects like Visual Novel.The Direct Message Conversation will be privately recorded by the Creator for record keeping and will not be publicly published.Any part of Creator’s portfolio is not for sale unless openly and specifically declared otherwise such as paid-to-read comics.The Creator will call you out for the violation of Terms and Agreement including the unwritten rule of common sense.

Including the Client just simply repost the commission into their Patreon Premium Content Monthly Subscription.The Client cannot treat the Commission as the currency of worth or representation of their wealth.The Client must credit the Creator when Commission is used in any way such as reposts, Visual Novels assets, etc.
